Return Policy
Thank you for supporting SOC Gift Shop.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at socgiftshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and your return shipment must also be sent within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return shipping address.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact socgiftshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, SOC Gift Shop will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping costs. We will then offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States.
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law. Orders shipped to locations where sales tax collection is not required may not include sales tax at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, USPS® Ground Advantage® delivery typically takes 2–5 business days and may vary due to carrier delays.
Once an order has been shipped, SOC Gift Shop is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.
